Frequently Asked QuestionsDo you do insurance work? Yes! We often complete work for insurance claims and are more than happy to provide you and your insurance company with any neccessary paperwork required to make the claim process easier for you. Is Perth Roof & Gutter Repairs West Australian Owned? Yes. We are a Western Australian owned and operated business. We have been operating in the roofing industry in WA for over 20 years, so we understand WA conditions. Are you a Franchise? No. We are a WA family owned business. We do not pay franchise licenses and fees, so we can offer you lower prices for far superior work. Do you have Salesmen to do your quoting? No. Your quote is done personally by the owner of Perth Roof & Gutter Repairs himself - a trade qualified 'Roofer' with over 20 years experience in the industry. This way he can see exactly what your requirements are. In our experience, a salesman is often not a skilled roof tradesman and so may not necessarily undertand the technical aspects of the job. Why are you prices so low? I can offer you lower prices for far superior work as I do not have all the overheads to pay associated with big buisness. I do not have to pay for offices, showrooms, fleets of vehicles, advertising campaigns, franchise fees etc. Do you take the rubbish away? Absolutely! On completetion of our work we take away all the rubbish and see to it that any materials suitable goe to a recycling yard. Do you use cheap imported products? Definitely not! In our experience we have found that products not made specifically for an Australian climate are unsuitable for the task. They simply cannot stand up to our heat and direct sun. So although they may seem cheaper initially, they end up costing a great deal more when the work has to be stripped away and re-completed with quality products. Do you work on asbestos roofs? No, sorry. We have chosen not to undertake any work involving asbestos. |
